How do I know my order has been received?
You will get a confirmation email that we have received your order and it is in process.
How will I know that the items are in stock?
If we are out of stock, the item will show 0 stock available.
How will I receive a refund?
Refunds will be made directly to the account once you have requested a claim and it is verified.
What if I missed my order slot?
You will be able to order in the next available slot. We cannot accept late or unscheduled deliveries.
Why has my order been cancelled?
The order could be cancelled due to unsuccessful payment. Contact the sales department for more information at 0208 683353.
When Will I receive my order?
Please refer to the ‘’delivery days’’ field on your CC Orders website account.
Can I amend/change my order?
Once the order has been placed, you cannot add or amend.
What if I want to order less than £600 limit on the weekly order?
Unfortunately, we have a set minimum order value and you cannot order less.

What if an item is missing in the order?
If an item is missing in the order, please note down on the driver’s delivery note copy and sign it.
Once we have the paperwork back, we will begin the process. It will take us 2-3 working days to refund.
